Help finding PPV video clip

I know someone has posted a link to a video of PPV being used incorrectly (no vent opening and the fire blows back on the attack team), but for the life of me I cannot find it searching the forums. Could someone with a better memory or a different approach point me in the right direction please?

I recall seeing a show on either Discovery Channel or TLC a couple years ago that was about firefighting. I believe this particular show was geared toward the innovations in fire protection and various aspects of fire science (ie: flashovers, back drafts, fire models, etc). The clip I saw showed a FD performing live-burn evolutions using PPV in conjunction with fire attack. The attack crew got a very 'warm welcome'.

That's where the clip is from, but I know it's on the internet as well. I'm pretty sure it was posted on or linked to from the forums, but I can't find it.

I'm sure it will turn up eventually.
