The juniors at my dept. are going to be holding several fundraisers within the next 6 months. I need some ideas... Let me know about some of you successful fundraisers so I can get a few good ideas. So far we have in mind:
Car Wash & Bake Sale
Fish & Chicken Fry
Barbeque
Going to Nearby Stores to Raise Money
Your help Will be greatly appreciated......

Boot drives always work for my department. Anyone standing at a store or a corner holding a fire boot seems to generate funding fast. Plus, there is much of a cost for this fundraiser, unlike dinners or car washes. You don't have to buy anything and it doesn't require much work on your part.

Depending on your location you could paint curb numbers to mark housed in a metropolitan area. It helps them, and it could help your department in the future.

And it they have the great educational benefit of teaching the Juniors how to get something for nothing...
