I was reading an article in one of the british newspapers and I think that all cellphone providers should make all cellphone users store this information in the phones. here is the article

Why not just list "Emergency Contact".

Not to be disrespectful...but if the bodies were so badly "disfigured" due to the bomb blast....don't they think the cell phone would be destroyed too?Proudly serving as the IACOJ Minister of Information & Propoganda!

Emergency Contact may not fit in all phones.
You may not have to be a victim of a bombing for this to be used. What about a car wreck, drowning, assualt, anything where you may not be able to speak.

Uh why not just store the info in your wallet/purse like always?
I doubt very seriously I am going to look in a cell phone to find this informationWe struck down evil with the mighty sword of teamwork and the hammer of not bickering.
