I'm sure the guys at this dept. will understand that you just made a mistake... 24 times! If you have 24 citations, I bet you have a great relationship with the local police officers. I bet they ALL know exactly who you are, but not in a good way. 24 tickets and I bet you did not get one everytime you got pulled over. What does that say?
Sorry for the harsh words, but you seem to have a ******-poor attitude right from the get-go. The people here are just trying to help you and you griped that they weren't helping FAST enough!
Maybe in a few (7?) years or so you might actually make it to an oral board, I just hope the members are not "fat"!
