    Default Helmet Shields

    So, what do you have on your helmet shields?

    Pics?
    -Brotherhood: I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
    -Mistakes: It could be that the purpose of you life is to serve as a warning to others.

    -Adversity: That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.

    -Despair: Its always darkest before it goes Pitch Black.

    Question Who Makes the Best?

    I don't have a pic I can post, but here's a question: Who do you all think makes the best front?:

    Cairns?
    Firestore?
    Sam Brown?
    Paul Conway?

    The Firestore fronts are pretty decent, although the numbers they put on their fronts are a little large. I'm thinking this could be because the fronts are 1/4'' inches bigger than the Cairns.

    Not sure who made it. I need to get another one to match my title.

    I have seen the shields from the Firestore.com and I currently order the shields from Paul Conway. I personally like the Paul Conway's, but I cannot speak for any other brand.

    My helmet shield has soot and ash on it from fires......

    No really.....it does!

    Paul Conway is the best shield out there IMHO.

    Actually it says our Dept. Name on top and middle
    the # 12 in the center
    and c. sheets on the bottom

    Thumbs up Helmet Shield

    My first helmet shield has Protection Eng Co. on top, 506 <= old engine Identification number and SAFD on the bottom

    My new one Protection <= on top
    6 <= in the middle
    SAFD <= on the bottom
    Black shields. The only time i've worn a diff. color sheild was when i was an Explorer it was a yellow shield. All through my probationary time of 6 months was nothing but a BLACK shield

    These are the shields of Engine 3 in my department. All other company shields follow this look. We just change the Title (Truck,Engine,Rescue) and company number.
