Cut up into small chunks or cubes, add some onions, green and red pepper, some salt, a little bit of hot sauce, a good portion of REAL butter, and cook it up on the grill in a tin foil packet.

That sounds good. Haven't had that in a long time. I always like cutting up the potato in slices about " thick and fry them and cover them with seasoning like paprika, parsley, and other spices.

Yeah, I'm all for fryin up some potatoes. Add in a little salsa and some jalepeno, and Mmmmm mmm!

(Okay, I admit. I love salsa and melted cheese with my fries. Salsa is especially good on "home fries". )

The potato just visited PA and has decided to become Amish. As such, it won't be able to use the internet anymore, and asks that it's image be taking off the webpage.....

Peeled and sliced, put in foil with onion, bacon, salt, lemon pepper, garlic and a little olive oil. Stick in the coals (next to the husk on corn) while you cook your steaks, burgers or brauts.
