    Default diffrent leather fire helmets?

    ok im looking to purchase a leather fire helmet, but yes they are a bit on the pricy side so before i purchase one im looking for so simple answers? anyone have or used the phenix leather helmet? pros/cons? right now ive tested out the conway leather helmet and i like it it is not much heavier than out 1010, id like to have a sam houston but im wondering does it have the rachet system like some ohters ive looked on there website and they come in sizes? but ive seen pics of it on ebay and it shows a rachet system? well any info is welcome thanks

    Yes, the N6A comes with a ratchet system. Order a large, it will fit perfect with the ratchet system. By the way, last I heard Cairnes was ready to raise the price on their leather lids by about 25% sometime this month so order soon.

    I have three leather helmets. Each one is now in a special place in my house. I loved every one of them.
