I spoke to a friend of the family this morning. Chief Tucker still remains in the CCU at Shands Hospital in Jacksonvill. He is resting comfortably but is in a HALO at this time. The pronosis is good, but the road to recovery will certainly be a long one.
Our prayers are with him. His is a friend to many.....

My thoughts and prayers are with Chief Tucker and his family on his full recovery. Let's hope the road is not too long.

Thanks for the update (glad to hear that the prognosis is good). My thoughts and prayers are with Chief Tucker and everyone else involved.

I spoke to one of the Lieutenants there. Chief tucker is now coming into the office and working a couple hours a day, several days a week. His is still wearing his halo and will be for some time.
