I just received this book today (thanks to 27 who told me he found a copy at his local Barnes & Noble). It is available at www.barnesandnoble.com
VERY COOL BOOK!! They have limited quantities as it has been marked down from $70 to $25. Great pictures, great stories. The name of the book is simply Firefighters and it has a raised crest on the front. If you don't have it, buy it now before they run out.

Is it this one below:
I've always wanted it but the 70 dollars hit me with some major sticker shock.

This is a bargain book and quantities are limited. Bargain books are new but may have slight markings from the publisher and/or stickers showing their discounted price

Its a pretty kuul book. I found it a few days ago, and it carries an entire history of FF in the US. Very nicely put together.
If you don't do it RIGHT today, when will you have time to do it over? (Hall of Fame basketball player/coach John Wooden)

Whats up with the bargain book thing? Is it still presentable or does it have like blotches and stuff?

It is in brand new condition. It is more than likely overstock that they could not sell at full price, but my copy is as good as new.
