Default The Justice System Has Failed

    http://www.boston.com/news/daily/10/...nslaughter.htm

Just manslaughter, When you come back to the scene and "finish off" the victim, that is what most of the world calls Cold Blooded Murder.

If I were the children of the vic, I would sue for wrongful death and drive the murderer into bankruptcy and get his entire family thrown out on the street.

I can say that If I were the cop, my batton would of made violent contact with the defendant. That is why I am not going into law enforcement.

The basic line is that "Oh, Im sorry I didnt mean to kill the man" is no excuse for murder.

"This man had his knee on his chest and he was beating him after he was on the ground. How can that be self defense?"

    Self defense. BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Handcuff the sob to a pole, beat him and then claim self defense, show the sob what he has done.

    Exclamation

Why are you bringing up a case that is over 5 years old?

I saw the special on A/E about the case. Just got me angry at the justice system. And I am not stupid enough to loose my cool and then loose my job. What made me the most angriest, was that the defendants actions when the police arived Quote from pd report aired on a/e " I got the best of Him" "I won, the loser is laying in there" Those children now dont have any parents, and the kids of the defendant can see him all they want. If I was the judge the defendant would of gotten 20-life. The main point of my rant was that the action of coming back to the arena and starting the fight up again and killing the man is PRE-MEDITATED MURDER.

    The Justice System Has Failed!
After OJ, the Ramseys, Michael, etc... your just figuring this out now?

The system isn't perfect in any country, but unfortunately it is just about the best you can get with the available staff, training, and resources.

And don't forget, Judges start out as lawyers.

Maybe you should abandon the dream of a a career in the fire service for one that allows you to become judge, jury and executioner...
