Hey, I think I might have a few answers for you. I used to be a commercial diver (underwater welder) in the Gulf of Mexico. The names of some of the companies you should contact are Stolt Comex Seaway, Global, Epic, Diamond, Oceaneering. They are all petroleum companies. I hope that is what you mean by "Offshore". That is what we called it in the industry. Anything in the GOM is considered offshore. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.
