I have tried several times to make a change to my profile. When I hit the update button, the system says I have entered an invalid birthdate. Nowhere on the profile screen do I even have a birthdate field. What's up? How do I change my profile?

This is a known issue and we are working on it. There is no definitive ETA.
Thanks

How long will it take? It's still not working and it's now October. (And my e-mail requests go unanswered.)

Diane
Not sure where you are emailing but we have no emails from you.
It doesn't work. It will work soon, we hope. There is no timetable.
Thanks

Yesterday, I tried forums@firehouse.com (via contact us, I think, I don't remember I was all over the place trying to find someone to contact) and it got bounced back, so I sent it to register@firehouse.com and asked them to forward it to the proper person.
Prior to that, I can't remember which addresses I used since it seems like it's been a while, I do believe I filled out the "form" with my issue at least once, however.
Thanks for the feedback."When I was young, my ambition was to be one of the people who made a difference in this world. My hope is to leave the world a little better for my having been there."

It will be fixed this century, we promise. Its a small part of a bigger project and just isn't fixing itself until the entire thing is done. Hopefully very soon

Come Clean Mr Cygnus
I have just spent some time browsing through this Forum and I have gained the impression that you are letting the 'free' Firehouse Forums run down with the intention of offering members no other alternative but to sign on as a 'Paid Subscriber'
