Find a bldg that you can get good and dark or smoked up,put a couple crews in it then lose an old removable style Pass device somewhere in the building.Sharpens RIT/Fast team skills and is similar to looking for a needle in a haystack. T.C.

Nothing reinforces good oriented search practices like doing a large area search for a "victim" and then taking the TIC away when the subject is located.
Crews sometimes need to be reminded to use the TIC as a tool, not a crutch.ullrichk
