1199 form question

Hope all is well with all that visit this forum. I need some of this wisdom and knowledge that visits here. Today , we recieved the 1199 but no questions.This same thing happened in the 2003 award we recieved and we never recieved any questions. The questions here done over the phone as well as discussion over the prices listed on grant. Our figures here alittle over their price so we agreed to go get more quotes. Does all this sound rare or has it happened to any one else???Can we assume this is a good sign?

If there are questions on pricing then the questions sometimes don't come by email until after most of that issue is resolved. But they may not come at all of you answered them on the phone because the person asking was your grant specialist, and they're the last person in line that needs them. So if they have the answers, all is good.
