    Default 1199A forms

Did anyone figure out the pattern of dates they are sending the 1199a forms out. I am curious when the next ones should come out ?

    Good Luck to All !

Tuesdays and Wednesdays seem to be the Question/1199A days. Not necessarily both of them show up in the same week though. Some did go out between yesterday and today.

Not that I know of. I'm guessing that we will see them within the next 2 weeks. The original plan was the last week in August/beginning of September, but when things got pushed back I think they decided to move the DJs back a little too. Throw in a hurricane, and they're quite busy right about now.

Our 1199 was updated sometime between 8 am CDT on 8-26 and 10 pm CDT on 8-28. What a great way to finish a long weekend. The 10q's came at around 10:30 am CDT on 8-31. The call from Congressman Chocola....well, wait and see.

Look at your 2004 grant. Click on the action area to bring up the 1199A and the 2005 grant will be referenced there.

It will have your 2005 application number (EMW-2005-FG-xxxxx) below the 2004 number on your 1199. It's one of the coolest things i have ever seen.

When you view the 1199A form the following info will be at the top of the page.

Reference Award Number (in red letters): EMW-2005-FG-xxxxx
    Reference Award Number: EMW-2004-FG-xxxxx

Any AFG grants (won) will be referenced in descending order.

If you haven't been publicly announced yet none of it will work. Hopefully it will tomorrow for you.

MSVFD18, if it's there you don't have to do anything to the 1199a. Just answer the questions when they come. If you've had a change in your banking information, I believe that's in the questions and you'll need to point it out. Otherwise they'll assume you're the same.

Once you recieve notification of the award is when you can access the 1199A form. It's the same way as you did it for 2004. Once you view yor award in the upper left hand side will be "direct deposit 1199A". Click on that will bring up the form and the ability to print it.

Whether you need to make changes or not you will need to print out a copy for your files.

If changes to any of the banking info is needed, you need to contact AFG so they will open the 1199A form to make changes. They will give you a short time frame to complete the changes before you are locked out. Once the changes are made and updated, print the form, have it signed by the appropriate people and mail it back.

They say everyone will know one way or the other by Oct 31st, so considering the at least 2 week lag time on prenotifications, I'd venture a guess at Oct 15th or thereabouts.
