Me, Taco Bell. I make numerous "runs for the border" per week

We have a MickeyDee's diagonally across the street from HQ. Getting something there or any fast food joint is refered to "picking up a bag of meat".

Personally, I can't stand fast food, but if I had to eat at a fast food place, make it Wendy's.

I am also a fan of White Castle and A&W, but didn't include them beacuse it's a long trek to any of them so I tend to forget about them.

And I NEVER go to the clown place unless there's nothin' else.

We only have one in this area and it is in the mall so it's a pain in the ***** to get to, but they are all over in the south........

We've got an old "tin-can diner" in the area, called "Als". Best damn fast food restaraunt in the area. They have awesome food, but it'll give you a heart attack. Loaded with grease, oil, all the "good stuff" you shouldn't have. Oh, the fries are salted with real salt, too.

Speaking of Als, maybe I'll slide up there tomorrow during my lunch break and get a burg' and fries.

There is no real favorite, just which once happens to be closest to me at the moment.

If I am on the five O I job bring it from home or strictly a local sub shop or subway. I like to see there hands from bread to wrapping.

Chic-fil-A, is my first and only choice. I usually do not eat at the grease pits of fast food.

Gastroenterology Doctors have advised their patients not to eat at these places, as that crap will not digest properly. Causes acid reflux (Gerd).

I was thinking shrimp sauteed with fresh lime juice, garlic, throw in some red chili pepper flakes, mushrooms, bell peppers.. and my mind is still working on the rest of the meal. I'll take a wander around Whole Foods in the morning and see what looks good. Trust me. I'll see you about 7.

If you like shrimp, that would work well for your diet and by hot I assume you mean spicy. When you saute it, you can then use the browned bits in the pan to make the sauce with a little wine vinegar and whatever herbs you like ; that adds more flavor without heavy sauces and calories. I also like to add sliced endive, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, etc. I'll post a few ideas for you SB. Boneless chicken breasts and shrimp can be used so many ways you will never get tired of them and they will keep you healthy. Be back later. with more

For me, I can pretty much stand anything but White Castle and Chic Fil A. I think that Rally's is very underrated. Their spicy chicken is better than Wendy's by a mile. BK, McD, Taco Bell, Wendys, whatever is closest I guess. And I know that it is not healthy, but I need a calorie intake of about 5-7,000 calories a day.(Water Polo 0500-0745, Two gym classes a day, Swimming 1500-1800)
