Not to sound pessimistic, but I am truly horrified at the prospect of F.D. and P.D. LODD'S. Lets pray that they have not occured, but reading an account from a N.O.P.D. officer who left the city. He said many of his fellow officers drowned while working. It is truly a chilling thought. I pray that this is not the case.

Believe this may be it.....
"The officer hitched a ride to Baton Rouge Friday morning, after working 60 hours straight in the flooded city. He has not decided whether he will return.
He broke down in tears when he described the deaths of his fellow officers, saying many had drowned doing their jobs. Other officers have turned in their badges as the situation continues to deteriorate."

As if the situation is not bad enough. Shooting cops trying to protect you. After reading that story the only thing that comes to mind is to have the cops and military go through street by street, If your in the way, lay down or get put down, shoot to kill if need be. I don't care who it is, man, woman or child. I'm not a big advocate of wreckless violence here. However they were told get the hell out of town, when this thing hits you will probably die. People who couldn't afford it, they had buses, the only ones that have an excuse are people who pyhsicaly could not move. There are complete savages running loose and they need to be treated as such.
