    Default Personal gear inventory for deployment

    Can anybody provide me with a list/suggestions as to the amount and type of personal gear (ie...pants, shirts, socks, gloves...etc)that task force personel are packing in during their deployments to rescue events such as Katrina?

    I had about 30 pairs of socks, 20 boxers, 6 jeans, a few cargo shorts, a few gym shorts, and a whole bunch of crappy t shirts. I had some of our FD shirts and our FD uniform also.

    I was told to bring nasty clothes that I was not worried about. I brought the uniform and FD shirts in case we ended up manning a station or running normal calls for someone.
