Another thread is directing deserved praise at Texas for all they're doing. There's another organization that I want to recognize.

It is clear that at the state and DHS level, the New Orleans response has been an complete failure. That has all changed now, and for one reason. It is now being conducted by our military which, as always, simply gets the mission done.
