We just put our new system in service. Three stage air compressor, 4 bottle cascade, and three position fill/containment station. We are extrememly pleased with the performance of the system. I can forward you more information if you wish, contact me via email and I can send you specs / pics. Total cost was roughly $23,000

3 Stage system at 6000psi. 4 6000psi cascade bottles. Big engine for lots of CFM to refill the system FAST. 3 fill station that also can hold SCUBA bottles. External fill connector with 75' hose for filling bottles on aerials that won't fit in the building. 5 years preventetive maintenance, warranty, and 4 air tests to Grade E per year. Installed and operator training. $40k (mako). 6000PSI single phase compressor, 5 bank 6000PSI cascade with 5 bank control panel on 2 position fill station. with all connections... 22,000
Thats our low bid on our mobile fill station. PM me for any questions. I've done plenty of shopping..lol.
