We are considering a risk assessment for our district. There has never been a documented one done in the past. We’ve pretty much just done things today like we have in the past. My township officials and I feel it is time to take a closer look at things. Personally I think we should be more focused on our ISO grades and better protection would follow. I have a copy of the RHAVE software and I’m thinking this is going to take a while to enter all that data.
Has anyone else out there done a complete risk assessment and analysis using RHAVE on their district?
How long did it take?
Which officials were on your committees?
How much did it help in your decision making?
Do you feel it was worth the time?
Does anyone use different software for risk assessment?
