Looking for a good Advanced Life Support for Hazardous Materials Course. I know of the course at the NFA, and the one titled AHLS out of Arizona. Any others out there to look into? I am looking for the Paramedic level course.

I attended the NFA course 2 years ago. It was a great program. I don't know of any other course other than the two you mentioned.

Hazmat Life Support
I have attended the Tucson course and would recommend it. It is 16 hours vs. the NFA course. I have heard great things about it also. The kicker is that you could attend the NFA for little or nothing and the AHLS course is about $400. Just a thought.

ALS response to HAZMAT at the NFA is a incredible experience. Note it is alot of work. Have not done the Arizona course, but have heard good things. There are numerous EMS texts for HAZMAT available (both new and used) if the NFA is not an option due to funding. NFA is free for public agencies, and available for a fee to private/non profits.
If you want text suggestions. Please advise.Train Hard. Be Safe

I forgot to mention that the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases,
https://ccc.apgea.army.mil/default.htm
has both online courses, material available to purchase, and on site courses available. Some might argue that they take a military approach. Regardless, they know alot about the topic.Train Hard. Be Safe

I didn't know they had added this course. They do a great job on their other classes. Well worth the trip.
I found the class I think you are refering to at:
