Default New Orleans area FF's Assistance?

I'm looking for a place to send some contributions to the relief effort that would directly benefit FF's who suffered personal losses during Katrina - house, car, belongings, etc.

I would like to donate the proceeds from my book for the rest of the year to a deserving group of individuals in need - my brother (and sister) FF's who lost all while trying to save others. What more noble a cause could there be?

    God bless & stay safe!

A noble idea LT. Many of our volunteers and pro's in Hancock County Mississippi lost everything they had, and instead of digging out our own belongings, we worked through the storm, the delays in aid and the weather afterwards trying to help out our neighbors who were jsut as bad off. Any area down here would be greatful for your help. Thanks for the consideration, my hat is off to ya!
