Hazard Materials Help Needed

Hello, let me introduce first pls, my name is Dolha Simion and i;m student at Fire Officer Faculty from Bucuresti Romania. www.academiadepolitie.ro/Facpmp/INDEX.HTM
Here is Romania the legislation and info about hazard materials is very low, i saw a book about many materials ordered by ONU number in which it showed reaction with water, air, toxicity, what protections should firefighters use etc.
I would be gratefull if someone could indicate me such kind of book or with some info's about firefighters behave in case of diferrent accidents with all kind of materials
