    Uh looking at the hydrant it looks like you would only be able to use the "tap" for 1/2 the container. You would have to pick it up and pour after the fluid drops even with the tap.

    Screw the hall bar, I want those for my house.

    I just may have to look a little closer at some of those items.

    On the top of the hydrant, where the nut is to turn it on and off, is a button. You push the button in and it pumps the liquid up through a tube and out the hole on the side, so it all gets out.
