    Default hey

Hey, I'm Jaime, some of you might remember me as ffdfireexplorer... but i figured a name change was bout due. I haven't had a chance to get on and post in a while, lots going on in my world. I'm now a sophomore at Keene State College, majoring in Safety studies. might be double majoring in architecture. Anyways, I look forward to talking to everyone again Might not get to post alot for a while... I'm on my awesome roommates computer, my laptop ran off of warranty last month and it is really messed up... it doesnt even turn on. Anyways, I'm going to browse the forums now.

    Hey Jaime... just joined myself.

Good to see another female on here... I'm not in the service myself, but it is a huge pipedream of mine.

    All the best to you.

the area (spofford NH). I love the White Mountians.

im convinced that my parents have ruined NH for me... anything people come to new hampshire for just isnt exciting to me... i live 15-20 mins from Lake winnipasauki (i still cant spell it tho) spent almost every summer of my life near hampton beach been to the white mountains so many times i cant count... the only think i liked about NH was the Old Man but obviously he no longer exists... Spofford isnt that far from good old (wet) keene

    Default so sad

Wow, that to bad, nothing like NH in the fall.
The leave have such great colors, and the
mountians views are to die for.
Is candle stick bowling still big in Keene?

I grew up over looking the Hudson River
and the New York skyline, It has change some
but I never get tired of watching the river move
or the city at sunset. A little sappy I know but,
I guess it depends what your looking for that matters!

    Anyway good luck with school

candle stick bowling??? in keene??? mountains and fall leaves mean almost nothing to me cuz ive seen them my whole life... only thing i like about the mountains is skiing and snowboarding... and when my rugby team hikes Mt. Monadnock together. i think there is a bowling alley in keene... just its nowhere near campus

    Default Hi

Yes, Candle stick bowling. There was a bowling alley between Spofford and
Keene on route 9 where I spent many a night trying to knock down those very thin pins (Kind of dimond shaped). It was very popular many moons ago.

I have also spent many a day and night climing Mt Monadnock (all the trails). The view from the peak is fantastic on a clear day. Its a little ruff coming down at night with just flash light though.

    It's called candlepin bowling.

My sister lives in Westmoreland (1700 people, 3000 cows! ) and Mum moved to Keene recenly.
