20.60 Cae Mawr Ind Est, Treorchy

Fire crews wearing six breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish a fire in a single storey factory unit.

23:39 27th September

The Monico Pantbach Road Rhiwbina

Fire crews attended a road traffic collision involving two vehicles. Two persons released from car before arrival and one male released by fire service using hydraulic cutting equipment.

23:57 28th September

University Hospital of Wales Heath Park

Fire crew attended to a fire in the toilet on the 7th floor. The fire was out on arrival and fire fighters wearing two breathing apparatus ventilated the corridors.

The Western Historical Manuscript Collection at the University of Missouri-St. Louis is sponsoring an exhibit of photographs by photographer David J. Dubowski. The exhibit entitled FIRE IN THE LENS is in the WHMC gallery on the second floor of the Thomas Jefferson Library on the campus of the University of Missouri St. Louis. Mr. Dubowski is a Fireman and his work reflects his profession. The photographs will be on exhibit from through Monday October 31.
