Are you really surprised to hear this from his mouth? "The man" has Always been at fault for every single one of his followers problems.
Nothing new here.
What is really surprising that the media actually gives this guy legitimacy by quoting him in papers. We have some homeless imbiclies by the FH that ramble on about the government controling their minds with lasers...but you don't see the NY Times publishing that.

Ya, this guy is way off track with the majority of the population, he's got serious mental issues when it comes to "conspiracys". As a matter of fact i'd have to say he's one of the biggest racists, black or white, that i've ever seen in my life! Al Sharpton follows in at a close second.

The levees WERE blown up to save NOLA back in the Flood of 1927,as explained in the book"Rising Tide".
It was brought up on Fox a couple weeks ago to illustrate what was done in the past with no bearing on the current situation.
