I'm looking for info on how to get funding for a substation in my county. Response times for the eastern side of the county are slow at best and opening a substation will improve these times dramatically. I'm not even sure where to start looking for help to accomplish this seemingly impossible task. Any help and info will be greatly appreciated.

Here's a link to an older thread where this has been discussed...several thoughts are given, along with possibilities and the pros and cons of each are mentioned! Good Luck, and you can always ask if you have any other questions!
