sorry brother I don't know maybe you can call human resources or there was a number given at the end of the exam info sheet ( 312) 474-0175 to call for updates about the test maybe someone there could help you it would be worth a shot.

When I was at Malcolm X, they said they are expecting a total of 40,000-60,000....

Then I heard a rumor that it might get cut off at 40K

Yes, I have I can't wait. Now my biggest problem is deciding if I want to take the CTA or drive. I am glad though its not at the United Center like rumors said.

I highly doubt that it will make a bit of difference, prolly will say, oh, too bad...try again in three years. But try anyway.

    FFSmitty1,
If all else fails, you might try re-applying online. It'll cost you another $20, but it just might work.

    Smile Hotel Stay

I know the test is going to be May 25 / 26th, but does anyone know where to stay when you get there that will be in close proximity to were the test sites will be? I live about 4 hours drive time away in good old Louisville, KY. This question I guess is for the Chicago locals. Any help will be appreciated!

That's exactly what I was planning on doing, but was a little nervous. I didn't want them to think I was trying to pull some sort of scam. I got lucky, just before I was going to reapply H.R. called me back and took care of it. Never thought that would happen. Cspot, I haven't heard where the test site is. Post it and I'll tell you the closest spot to stay.

if that is true then there are hundreds of hotels in downtown you can stay at. All are expensive. Shop around, none will be very far, but if you stay in the south loop, you may be able to walk to the test (1/2 hr or so).

    Default Study Guide?

Does anyone know of a number I can call to receive a study guide or am I out of luck on this one? I was at a college campus computer lab and the printers won't allow me to print the 46 page document. But if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it...thanks

If it is at McCormack Place then any hotel downtown will be a cheap cab ride (no more than $20). There is also the Hyatt right at Mc place but it's probably a tough room to get. The Hilton and Towers on S. Michegan Ave has a good Irish bar!

    Jdub,
Give me your email address and I'll send you the study guide and test announcement. I can do the same for anyone else who needs it. Just let me know.

Kitty O'Sheas. Fun place for a hotel bar and live music all the time.
