Lt. Walter Lee Reese,101, of Richmond died Thursday Nov.3,2005. Reese was a retired member of Richmond Fire and Emergency Medical Services. He joined the dept in 1929 where he served for 40 years.
Reese was a member of First Baptist Church and served as usher. He was a member of Forest Hill and Westover Hills Men's Club. He was active in MDA. He was a Mason.
Reese will be buried by his firefighting family with full honors.
Funeral Services will be held at Bennett Funeral Home at 3215 Cutshaw Ave at 11:00 am on Tuesday Nov. 8. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
