My Colleagues and I are currently enrolled in the 2005-2006 Communications Center Manager Course offered through the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch in conjunction with Fitch and Associates. We are attempting to complete a course project and are asking for your help. Our goal is to collect data regarding the top 10 core competencies for Communications Center Managers/Directors throughout various Regions in the U.S. and Nationally.
