Official Thread Hijack
I am hijacking this thread because for some reason I can not Post a new thread, but anyway.
I am wondering if anyone has information on Fire Departments in or withing 30 to 40 miles of Longview, Texas? I am orginally from Texas and am giving serious consideration to moving back. I am currently volunteering for my local fire department and will be a FFII with First Responder in March or April. I have done a little searching in Longview, Marshall and Kilgore and noticed Longview requires Paramedic or FFII and EMT-B. If I get my first responder, how much more school will I need to take to get my EMT-B?
If anybody can give me any information on the fire departments in the area and when they maybe testing I would appreciate it.
Thanks!
