You need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

The best part is how they look at the car to see how bad the damge is. I can picture her saying well my husband wont notice, lets get out of here!!!

Judging by how the blackout was placed over the license,this is in a European country?
Over here,Rush Limbaugh is always kvetching about women farding in their cars,just to get the reaction from women listeners who don't realize that farding means to put on makeup.
