I am looking for anyone who has a training program for firefighters using Level A strictly for rescue purposes. I know Boston and New York have a program but have not had much luck finding any information. Thanks for any help.

Are you sure you want to do that? You only need level A for a few products. You can use your standard turnout gear with SCBA for most things, especially if it's a short duration rescue mission.
I realize the desire to execute a rescue, however if you need level A to go get a victim and they are not in CPC chances are they are not a viable victim. By the time you get there and get suited up, chances are you are looking at 15 to 20 minutes that this person has been exposed to some bad stuff not including lag time for discovery of person and dispatch. I have to say leave it to the haz-mat guys. If you still want to persue this idea though, have your guys go to a HM-Tech class, I know it may seem overkill. The products that you are potentialy dealing with are deadly, give yourselves the best surival chances you can by gaining all the knowledge that you need.
If i'm not mistaken you need to be tech level trained to wear level A.
And as stated before if you need level A it's probably not a rescue but a recovery.
