We have two MSA Evolution 5000 cameras in addition to various other camera makes and models (28 in total). I would be interested to know that battery life other Evolution 5000 users have had before having to replace batteries.

The batteries should last a number of years. We've had our 5000 for about 3 years and no sign of battery degredation. MSA uses litium ion batteries so they won't have any memory problems like what you get with Nickle metalhidride or NiCads.
