    Default Bozz is going east

Well, I am counting down the weeks until I go to the Air Force, and I was talking with Res343cue, and he invited me to stay with him for a few days out in Vermont for vacation.

We decided that we should take a little road trip while I am there the weekend of January 20th, down towards PG County, with a stop in NYC on the way to visit the WTC and pay our respect for the fallen brothers there.

After our stay in PG, we plan on heading out around noon, up to Boston, with a stop in Philly, on Saturday. And to round out our weekend, we intend to stop in Worcester on Sunday, to visit the Cold Storage site, and pay our respects to the Worcester 6.

I've ALWAYS wanted to visit the cities on the east coast, and this is my perfect opportunity, which probably won't present itself again for quite a few years. So, if any of the brothers in those areas want to meet up, let Res343cue and I know. We both hope to make this a memorable trip.

Also, I'm gonna try to get some FDMH shirts before the trip, so if anyone wants to trade, I should have them.

I see lots of maple syrup, real (RED!) fire trucks, and a good time in store.

When you stop in Philly, dont make the same mistake every other tourist in the world makes and get your cheese steak at Geno's or Pats......They are nothing but over-priced tourist traps. Get your cheese steak at TONY LUKES, at Oregon & Packer Avenues, right under I-95 near the Stadiums.

the subject of real Cheese Steak sandwiches deserves its own thread all to it self.

From about 0800 till 1600 hours is the plan. Leaving VT at around midnight so we can drive down, and take the train into the city.

I'll catch you on AOL again.
