There are a ton of threads on FH about this subject, if you type "hose dummy" or "training dummy" in Search. Between those threads and the link I'm posting, you should be able to come up with a lot of ideas.

So did you get a chance to check out any of the other threads to find the various instructions on how to make a hose dummy that are already posted?
I seem to remember there were a few posts that had pictures and step-by-step instructions, including what to use for material, what works and what doesn't work ....
