I know that I have completed 3 in the past 3 days for 2 FDs and one PD. There may be a run on last minute applications, like all other grants. I have also consulted on a few others over the past few months, so there's quite a few apps out there.

If our work load is any indication of what was submitted, there will be a bunch. Whew, I am glad to put this puppy to bed today. We did several hundred requests. In Phase 1 Margaret did 247 of the 583 awards. Good night Irene! Onwards to AFG 2006!

Numbers?
Anyone know how many CEDAP applications were submitted? How about how many awards are anticipated? What's the highest number we know of. Ours 2551!

I can tell you that #05180 was submitted at 0840 EST on Monday morning, so it can't be much higher than that. (don't tell Kurt, but the writer noticed 2 spelling errors as he hit the <submit> button!!)

MOI!!! Make a spelling error, oh my! I guess I should get the firing squad ready!! LOL!
After seminars, CEDAP etc. I am surprised I am even still functioning at this point and AFG is still firing up as we speak.
I just got off the phone wiht RKB and final numbers won't be known on submissions until next week when all the HOA notifications etc are finally counted. They will let me know the final count and I will post it here though when I find out.Kurt Bradley

CEDAP II Applications
When we closed the application period, the Responder Knowledge Base forwarded about 3,900 confirmed applications to begin the scoring process. Because the dollar values of the various equipment choices is different, it's impossible to say exactly how many of those applications will be successful, but the Program Office team is doing their best to help the maximum number of departments with the money they have. There has been a great deal of effort required in the evaluation (I've explained a little of that on some other threads) but we're getting close. Please watch the RKB site (www.rkb.mipt.org) and we'll post news as soon as the list is final. Best of luck to all of you who applied.
