    Default Online Degree Courses

Anyone know of any online degree programs around the DFW area that are good for firefighters?

Dude, if you want an online course, don't limit yourself to the DFW area.

Are you looking for fire classes or regular college degrees? If your looking for fire, try:

I beleive they are close to Dallas. I have heard some pretty good things about them.

After finishing the class room portion you complete your skills evaluation on site (2 week boot camp style). They are located in Johnson Co. outside Crowley.

Not sure if your solely stuck with the online classes, in my personal opinion there is no replacement for hands on, you simply cannot learn and practically apply the knowledge you learn in 2 weeks. I'd recommend some classroom based Academy's with balance of hands on such as Collin County's Community College as well as Tarant County, they both have Fire Academy's which give you college hours as well as hands on training.
