Has anybody received a dj letter for 2005 fire grant latley? We have not heard on our grant one way or the other. Thanks

Has anyone received a DJ letter regarding the FP 05 grant? We haven't heard anything yet and was wondering what others have heard.

From what I am being told the first round of awrads for FP&S will be this Friday so I would expect to see DJs and some more questions and answers/ 1199a updates going out shortly.

If I'm figuring right, AFG still has $5,187,108 to award. Do you know if this is the amount or are they done? If they are done doing awards, what does it mean when we do not get any type of letter from them? Any help is great.

Well using $585 million as the mark, I get $5,001,279.00 as what is left. Right now you have 5711 departments awarded. You may see another round or two at this point. No word out of DC on this either so anybody's guess here.

If you received a AFG grant would DHS still send the 10 ??? and another 1199A form if we to be awarded a FP grant? OR could we just receive an announcement???

You'd get the 10Qs and the 1199A link for FP also. You just wouldn't have to send in another 1199A.

For those that say they don't know what happened with their 2005 App yet, check the DHS Application web site in the Mail Center. Personal email Inboxes sometimes Spam filter the message because DHS makes the subject "Re: EMW------" and that's a old Spammer trick to try and convince the older filters that the receiver sent the first message and it's a reply. The Mail Center will have all emails from all years.
