Hey guys, I'm not here to bash the Firestore, but I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with wrong items being shipped to them, and if there's a lack of assistance from customer service to get it fixed? This is an ongoing issue that they haven't resolved, heck they can't even answer my daggone e-mails! So currently I am stuck with something that I am NOT able to use and have been charged around $50 more than what the dern thing is worth! (what they sell it for)
This kinda alarms me because they have always been good to me, I have spent alot of money there, and then this stuff starts.....

I have never experienced any problems with them. Have you tried to call them and actually speak to a human being? They have always gone out of their way to assist me when I have called them.Richard Nester

I know they recently switched to a new warehouse/distribution center. I don't know if that would have anything to do with it.
I've had pretty good luck with them.

I had a shipping/inventory error that took a while to clear up about three years ago, but haven't had any trouble before or since. My last order was several months ago.ullrichk
a ship in a harbor is safe. . . but that's not what ships are for

Ahh.... a new warehouse.... now that makes sense! That would explain the wrong thing sent! I have returned stuff to them before without any hassle whatsoever... But like I said, this is kinda wierd that this is going on....
Actually by the time I get home from work it's usually too late to call them up, so the email thing is the next best way to get a hold of them...
I reckon I might have gone off a little half cocked, I still wanted to get some info from all of you folks.... Thanks a bunch!Giggity - Giggity!

i just order from them about 3 weeks ago. From speaking with the sales rep, as already stated, they just moved into a new warehouse and are still trying to get things sorted out. I received my items in about a week's time, but out of 6 SCBA mask bags, three were back ordered.
I believe they are open on Saturdays. Try them then by phone unless you work on Saturdays.

I've never had a problem. Ordered a custom made shield once and it arrived in 9 days.

We ordered and recieved the wrong items. The boxes also arrived looking like they had been dragged from Firestore to Mississippi behind the truck.
I called TERESA @ Firestore and the snafu was corrected immediately.
The customer service was great.
I agree that the warehouse change might have been the problem.
Perhaps they could ensure the workers speak and read English proficiently and the problem would be solved.
