    This story came out in the news a few weeks ago. They only reported on some of the contents, but to read the actual "contract"..... Original story was from Wyoming or one of the Dakotas, I think.

    You need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.
