The Pine Bluff FD, Hwy 15, White Hall and Redfield FDs have been running at least 1 our 2 fires a day for the last week. Temp's are in the 90s to 104F around the area. This hot weather may stay around all summer...

Very Dry around here too...
Very dry here in Texarkana... Texarkana FD has had quite few grass and brush fire calls in the past weeks due to the hot dry weather... Miller Co VFD has also had the same with few fire burning close to 100 acres. The county VFD has also had rash of House fire too... Burn ban is in effect until further notice...
Stay safe...

Well here in Stone co, it has been very quiet. Last good call was 2 months ago when a semi overturned and traped both occupants. 6 am is no time to find a trucker with a missing limb.Allison and Mountain View worked for hour and half to finally getting them out.
