I think what your talking about is that they are hiring between 1 and 3, depending on the type of applicants that they recieve. Theres nothing else that it could mean that I could get out of it.

Does anybody know what time the written test will be on April 8th? I've already applied at University Heights and their written is also on the 8th at 0900.

1 and 3
Years ago in the Ohio Revised Code, 1 and 3 meant that they must interview 3 people for every 1 position. That was later changed so that they would have to interview at least 3, but could go as deep as 10 if necessary. I wouldn't ASSUME that it means anything else.

South Euclid held a test just about 8 months ago??? Wouldn't they just go off that list?
