    Default Problem with Application

I am having a problem filling out the application. When I enter the request details and try to save it, it does not remember what I entered. It shows the amount that I asked for but when I try to go on to the budget details it says that I have not selected a program.

Am I the only one having the problem or is there others?

Any Ideas or am I just plain stupid.

You are probably just missing a step.

    Try this.

    1) In Request Information: Pick Ops & Safety or vehicles
If the grant benefits more than 1 organization (yes) make sure you explain it in the next box.

    2) Click Save & Continue

    3) Brings you to Request Details

    4) Click on view details for the catergory you are choosing. Ex. PPE
(will be the same process whether you pick one of the others or a combination, you do each catergory seperately)

    5) Click add personal protection equipment.

    6) Answer all applicable questions especially the red *'s.

    7) Click save and continue

    8) Click add personal protective equipment if you have more to add or return to summary

    9) Click continue to budget

    10) This will bring you to the budget page with the amounts filled in to the catergories. Verify applicant share firgures are equal in both places.

    Hopefully this works.

I went through it all again and it is still telling me that I have not selected any Items.

Is it possible that they are having problems on their end?

I tried adding an item to my PPE request. It went through without a problem. It could be a problem on their end or a glitch occuring with your computer. I'm far from being a computer wizard, so I'm not going to be any help if the gremlins are at work.

The "time out" function on the application seems to be pretty quick this time around. If you are adding multiple items, try adding one or two, hitting "save and continue" then going back to add a few more. It timed out on me in under 10 minutes on Friday. At least i think it did. Didn't seem like it could have been 10 minutes. Definitely under 15.

Gotta get to bed, i'm starting to type like Rain Man talks!!

I thought you and Brian were supposed to point out the obvious after the somebody like me got it wrong. Just trying to do my job sir!!

Sent you contact info through your web site so you could spank my project privately before the public flogging. If work doesn't slow down just a little, i may have trouble getting done.

With 24 hours in a day, you just need to use it more wisely.

That work thing always gets in the way in getting something important accomplished.
