Problems with Profile info

sent an email but haven't gotten a response. When i try to update info on my main profile page I get an error saying that I have an invalid birthday. Which is true but i don't know how to change my birthday (which is correct in my subscription profile) and some fields show incorrect information. . . . feeling frustrated, any help would be appreciated.

That is what you have been saying for a long time. :-(

8-22-05 This is a known issue and we are working on it. There is no definitive ETA.

9-22-05 Give us 12 hours to respond. Goodness. We still have an edit profile problem that should be fixed soon.

12-03-05 Sorry folks, it wil be fixed as soon as possible. Hopefully this month.
Its part of a bigger registration project underway and unfortunately it all has to be done together.

12-15-05 Nothing new. We'll post something as soon as its fixed. Should be any day now, a bit out of our hands.

Never said it was a big deal, but it would be nice if we could get an honest answer. If they would say we have no idea or no plans to fix it , then ok I can deal with that, but when they say anyday now, soon then it does bug me that they are not being up front.

I am going to assume they are being paid to maintain this site, and if they are then it needs to be fixed. Several other sites I belong to have had major upgrades to servers, and complete web site overhauls, all done within 24 hours and with minimal down time (Not including the time it took to prep the programs ect.. but I am sure it did not take 7+ months). This has been a problem for over 7 months, and you mean to tell me in that time they could not get it fixed if they just took the time?

And no it is not ok WebTeam we pay a good amount to subscribe to this site and should expect everything to work. I do expect some minor glitches and problems , but I do expect them tyo be fixed in a timely mannor.
