Default Cost of equipped RIT air pack?

I have searched high and low on this forum and on Google... I think of myself as a savvy web searcher but I am coming up empty handed.

Does anyone know what one can expect to pay for a RIT air pack bag including the bottle, mask, and air accessories? All I can find are empty bags for sale....

    Default Rit $$

From what I can decipher from the bill, I think we paid $2048 each for Scott RIT Paks. This was 1 year ago. That should be including everything. The bill I was looking at had all the parts listed separately and it was a large order. Your local Scott, or MSA or whoever, rep will be more than happy to give you a price. When you bid and purchase, make sure you get everything you need, mask, regulator, bottle, adaptors.

A department i am working with was quoted at like $2060 for the Scott RIT pack a few weeks ago. It's a bear to find SCBA prices online--i've never had any luck.

GSA prices typically dont apply to fire departments. That is government pricing which could leave you short of funds if you get awarded. Also, are you using MSA? Not all manufacturers use the same price structure, so make sure you get a quote from the actuall manufacturer you intend to purchase from. The link might be an easy out, but you should consider the variables. There is a good chance the manufacturer will issue a price increase between now and when you get awarded.
