    MichaelD77,

    I would like to thank you for the GREAT time I had Fri evening! You guys did an excellent job and I would come back to Montpeiler anytime. For my first NOVFA convention I had too good of a time to be able to put into words!

    No, I couldn't make it out this year....

    If these Washington Twp. guys were doing something wrong, keep in mind there are nearly 100 "Washington Townships" in Ohio...and if they weren't, well then they must have been from my dept.

    There's only 5 Washington Twps. in the NOVFA.

    We actually didn't have too many problems out to the campgrounds. I was just wondering if I might have run into you.

    Exclamation 133 NOVFA Convention ..........

    I thought it would be a good time to give an update about the event.

    We have been selling raffle tickets since October 2006.......about 2 weeks ago the commerative glasses came in and are selling like MAD! These heavy glasses can be used for the entire weekend at the Rossford Bowling Lanes and the Wayward Inn for draft beer refills at a REDUCED price. They sell for $5.00 a piece, when they are gone they are gone .......aproxximately 1400 remain.

    T-shirts arrived today and are already moving well. They come in sizes S>3XL and sell for $15.00/ea. We will have a limited quantity of kids shirts coming in. Colors are Navy blue and Ash Grey.

    Look for us at the BG NOVFA Weekend FIre School as we will be selling all these wares, taking cash, check, or charge !!!!!!

    We are having a Beer Garden with the live band "Big Ticket" in front of City Hall Friday night with bus service running from City Hall to Rossford Lanes to the Wayaward and then back to the Campground.

    We hope to see most of you at this event and it will not be as squelched as it has been in the past. Come on down to NW Ohio's biggest little City and have a good time. For more information dont forget to check out www.rossfordfire.com !!

    Wow... it's almost here already...

    Since I am Blizzard Bill (kudos to RFRD for the new nickname, http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o...lr326/bb-1.jpg, it stuck), who else should be keeping track of the weather?
    For the record- no, I don't get my weather from the real Blizzard Bill. Weather.Com does it for me.

    Rossford, OH- 10 Day Forecast

    Friday June 15th- Partly Cloudy, High=88 Low=67
    Saturday June 16th- Mostly Sunny, High=87 Low=69

    Michael, I get my weather from Weather.com. I don't trust Mr. Spencer.
    But last night at 20:20 when I went to Weather.Com, it said Mostly Sunny. This evening when I went to check it, they had updated it to Scattered T-Storms Saturday (only a 30% chance ).
