ALS Engine Help!!!

Hey there everyone I was wondering if any one would be able to point me in the right direction. I currently work for a Fire only department and I am trying to get some information together to present to them on outfitting our engines to ALS. I know there is a ton of leg work and I'm willing to do so how ever I really need to find as much information as possible on grants, expenses, ect.... I have been doing some on my own but if you happen to have gone through the same thing please any information would be great.

Damack - send me your e-mail. We have a fire medic here who is top notch with all of the state requirements. We have been ALS for about 2 to 3 years now.
